Dot was especially chosen from the local animal shelter because she looked like an "Oreo" cookie as a baby.  The name "Dot" came from her many polka dots all over her body.  The name really stuck after she was nicknamed "dotty-potty" because of her desire to bond with her owners in the throne room.  Dot's favorite thing in the whole world is to perch on a pillow.    She also loves to drink water from a dripping faucet.
