We were married on February 17, 2001 in Conway, Arkansas.  The wedding was conducted by Pastor Ric McMillian, John's close friend.  Afterwards there was an informal reception hosted by Ric and Leslie McMillian at their home in Conway.   Gary and Sharon Schenke, friends of John, made a surprise visit from Texas to Arkansas to be at the wedding.
